Residual Waste Management Contract (£25 million)

Heku helped secure a large contract to treat local authority residual waste.  This was the largest won by our client to date and our tender was described as the best and most thorough the council had ever seen.

European Waste Market Study

Heku carried out background research and analysis of waste collection schemes, relevant legislation and drivers and trends across Europe to help our client with their future European business strategy.

Children's Centre Services (£13 million)

Heku provided bid writing support for a successful tender to manage 15 Children's Centres in the centre of England. This work was carried out for one of the largest providers of Children's Centres services in the UK.

Commercial Waste Tender (£1.3 million)
Heku project managed and wrote a successful tender for treating commercial waste. This was a must-win contract for the client and enabled them to keep one of their depots open.
Design, Build, Finance, Operate Waste Treatment Contract (£48 million)
20 year residual waste management contract in the north of England - Heku carried out full project management of tender from PQQ through to Final Tender stages.
Website Re-Development, Google AdWords Campaign

Heku re-developed our client's website, tailored a Google AdWords campaign and and used Google Analytics to monitor web traffic and fine tune the site. The improvements and campaign doubled our client's business.
