10 Year Waste Management Contract (£70 million+)

Heku provided bid preparation support in advance of this important tender being released; ensuring that our client was fully bid ready. We then carried out all bid writing and management and supported preparation of the social value sections of the submission. The tender achieved top score in the quality section and the social value response was described as ‘exceptional’.

8 Year DPS Contract Adult Social Care (£5 million+)

Heku successfully supported our client with preparation of the Selection Questionnaire response and completion of the detailed tender questions. The client had not had to tender for contracts before and we therefore supported them through the process including identifying areas of change needed in their organisation to meet the future requirements of the contract. The final submission was described as 'excellent' and, 'a pleasure to read and has now set a bar for all other submissions'.

Electrical Installation Works for Housing Partnerships (£9 million)

Heku provided bid writing support and management for an electrical services contractor providing electrical installation works across Housing Partnerships properties.

Exam Certification, Management and Delivery (£89 million)

Heku carried out a bid review for a significant tender prepared by our global client. Following this review, we provided bid writing support for relevant sections that required strengthening. Our client achieved the top quality score.

Tendering for International Contracts (£60 million+)

Heku provided bid writing support for key sections of our global client’s successful tender to provide exam certification services across France. Originally drafting the response in English, we also provided translation services from English into French since the tender had to be submitted in French.

Healthcare Recruitment

Since 2019, Heku has helped secure places on a number of frameworks for our healthcare recruitment client; carrying out bid writing to successfully win tens of millions of pounds of business.

Residual Waste Management Contract (£25 million)

Heku helped secure a large contract to treat local authority residual waste. This was the largest won by our client to date and our tender was described as the best and most thorough the council had ever seen.

European Waste Market Study

Heku carried out background research and analysis of waste collection schemes, relevant legislation and drivers and trends across Europe to help our client with their future European business strategy.

Children's Centre Services (£13 million)

Heku provided bid writing support for a successful tender to manage 15 Children's Centres in the centre of England. This work was carried out for one of the largest providers of Children's Centres services in the UK.

Commercial Waste Tender (£1.3 million)

Heku project managed and wrote a successful tender for treating commercial waste. This was a must-win contract for the client and enabled them to keep one of their depots open.

Design, Build, Finance, Operate Waste Treatment Contract (£48 million)

20 year residual waste management contract in the north of England - Heku carried out full project management of tender from PQQ through to Final Tender stages.
